Because dry fruits are natural agricultural produce, slight natural variations in size, color shade, and natural sweetness are characteristic of authentic harvests.

All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order on our platform, you receive an automated confirmation email/SMS containing your order details. Placement of an order represents an offer to purchase which is accepted upon parcel dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, stock limits, or pricing errors. In such cases, any payment charged will be immediately refunded in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to all serviceable postal pin codes across India through recognized national courier networks. Orders are dispatched from our Navi Mumbai facility within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery timeframes typically range between 3 to 7 business days depending on destination location.

5. Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of food items, products once opened cannot be returned for change of mind. However, if your order is received damaged, broken, tampered, or expired, we provide a 100% free replacement or refund when reported within 48 hours of delivery.
