At Kalratri Dry Fruits, we treat the shipping of fresh agricultural harvests with utmost responsibility. We partner with Tier-1 logistics networks (Bluedart, Delhivery, Shadowfax) to ensure that pure, aromatic dry fruits reach your kitchen in pristine, tamper-proof vacuum packaging.

1. Processing and Dispatch Timelines

All confirmed orders are processed, quality-inspected, and packaged within 24 business hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday through Saturday) are typically handed over to our transit partners on the same day.

2. Delivery Estimates Across India

• Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2 to 3 business days.
• State Capitals & Tier-2 Cities: 3 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India (Including Remote Locations & Northeast): 5 to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Threshold

• Orders of ₹500 and Above: 100% Free Shipping throughout India.
• Orders Below ₹500: A standard nominal shipping fee of ₹50 is added at checkout to offset courier parcel handling.

4. Temperature & Freshness Protection

All products are sealed in food-grade, multi-layer oxygen and moisture barrier pouches to prevent oxidation, rancidity, and ambient humidity from affecting the natural crispness of nuts.

5. Live Tracking & Delivery Notifications

Upon dispatch, an Air Waybill (AWB) tracking link is dispatched to your registered email and WhatsApp number. You can monitor each stage of your parcel's journey on our Track Order page.
