How long does domestic delivery usually take?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched on the same business day. Delivery across major metro cities typically takes 2 to 3 days, while Tier-2 and Tier-3 pincodes are delivered within 4 to 5 business days via Bluedart and Delhivery Express.
Is shipping free on all orders?
Yes, we provide 100% Free Shipping across India on all orders of ₹500 and above. For small trial orders below ₹500, a nominal flat delivery charge of ₹50 is applied.
Can I track my shipment in real-time?
Absolutely! As soon as your parcel is packed and handed to our courier partner, you will receive an SMS and WhatsApp update containing your live AWB tracking link.

Are your dry fruits 100% natural and preservative-free?
Yes. We procure directly from audited orchards in California, Kashmir, Afghanistan, and the Middle East. None of our products contain synthetic sulfur bleaches, artificial colorings, or chemical glazes.
How should I store dry fruits once opened?
We recommend transferring nuts and berries into an airtight glass or food-grade stainless steel container and storing them in a cool, dry place. In hot summer months, refrigerating walnuts, figs, and almonds helps retain maximum crunch and natural oils.
